Wir wollten wissen, was KI in der Produktion wirklich leistet. Also haben wir eine eigene Marke gebaut und es dort durchgespielt. We wanted to know what AI actually delivers in production. So we built a label of our own and tested it there.

AusgangspunktStarting Point

KI war plötzlich in jedem Gespräch. Die Versprechen groß, die Belege dünn. AI was suddenly in every conversation. The promises big, the evidence thin.

Wer wissen will, was ein Werkzeug trägt, muss es unter echten Bedingungen benutzen: an einem Produkt, das sich verkaufen können soll, mit einer Kampagne, die funktionieren muss. Ein Kundenprojekt ist dafür der falsche Ort. If you want to know what a tool can carry, you have to use it under real conditions: on a product that has to sell, with a campaign that has to work. A client project is the wrong place for that.

Also haben wir uns selbst zum Kunden gemacht. Eigenes Label, eigene Produkte, eigene Kampagne. So we made ourselves the client. Our own label, our own products, our own campaign.

Und den Prozess nicht abgekürzt, sondern nachgebaut: Location Scouting, Casting, Model Sheets, Posen, Dreh, Schnitt, Feed-Planung. Jeder Schritt existiert. Nur das Set nicht. And we didn’t shorten the process, we rebuilt it: location scouting, casting, model sheets, poses, shoot, edit, feed planning. Every step exists. Only the set doesn’t.

Ohne Set geht es nur, wenn man weiß, wie ein Set funktioniert. You can only work without a set if you know how a set works.

Die FormThe Form

Die Models sind erfunden — und bleiben sich trotzdem gleich. Dafür haben wir einen Workflow gebaut, mit dem dieselbe Person im Standbild und im Video wiedererkennbar bleibt: vier Ansichten, Mimik, Posen, wie auf einem echten Model Sheet. The models are invented — and stay the same all the way through. We built a workflow that keeps the same person recognisable in stills and in video: four views, expressions, poses, like a real model sheet.

Die Print-Designs entstehen teils aus KI-Assets und werden in Photoshop weitergebaut, bis sie auf Stoff halten. Bewegtes Material in Premiere und After Effects. Was bleibtWhat Stays

Die Shirts und Hoodies gibt es wirklich. Genähte Labels, gedruckte Motive, Kordeln aus Baumwolle — echte Fotos von echten Teilen. Erfunden ist nicht das Produkt, sondern alles, was man sonst braucht, um es zu zeigen: Models, Location, Drehtag, Cast. The shirts and hoodies are real. Sewn-in labels, printed artwork, cotton drawcords — ordinary photographs of actual garments. What is invented is not the product, but everything else you would need in order to show it: models, location, shooting day, cast.

Das ist kein Statement für oder gegen KI. Das ist der Unterschied zwischen „wir arbeiten mit KI“ und „wir wissen, wo sie aufhört“. This is not a statement for or against AI. It is the difference between “we work with AI” and “we know where it stops”.
